AAPAC Presents AFRIQUERQUE, a series focusing on a variety of performing arts categories presented through an African American lens. The inaugural 2017-2018 season will feature 8 performances from September 2017 thru June 2018, and will highlight music genres ranging from Jazz, Blues, R&B, and Gospel to the Spoken Word, along with featured artists in Dance and much, much more. Curated by Rodney Bowe, AFRIQUERQUE aims to bring you the best performers the Duke City has to offer performing in the African American Performing Arts Center’s 300-seat auditorium.
